After the update was released, CS2 servers were down for 30 minutes, and FACEIT was down for nearly 10 hours

After the Counter-Strike 2 update was released, players experienced outages on both Valve’s official servers and the FACEIT platform.
Immediately after the patch was released, the Counter-Strike 2 servers went down. Players were unable to connect to the official matchmaking service for about 30 minutes, after which Valve restored service.
At the same time, issues arose on FACEIT as well. The platform did not allow users to search for matches for nearly 10 hours after the Counter-Strike 2 update was released. Later, the service also fully resumed operations.
Earlier, Valve released a major update for Counter-Strike 2, which marked the start of the fifth Premier season. As part of this update, the developers overhauled the C4 explosion damage mechanics, added new weapon and sticker collections, and implemented a number of fixes and performance improvements.
