1. General Provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy is an official document of OFFSTAGE MEDIA LLC (OGRN 1257700260740) (hereinafter referred to as the “Site Administration”), and defines the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of individuals who use the services of the website www.offstage.ru (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) and its services (hereinafter referred to as “Users”).

1.2. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to ensure the proper legal and organizational protection of Users’ personal data, as well as other information, against unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, destruction, or other unlawful use.

1.3. Legal relationships arising in connection with the collection, processing, storage, transfer, and protection of the personal data of the Website’s Users are governed by this Privacy Policy, the User Agreement, other local regulations of the Website Administration, and the current legislation of the Russian Federation. 

1.4. The current version of the Privacy Policy, which is a public document, is available to any Site User, as well as to any Internet user, by following the link on the Site or by clicking the “Privacy Policy” button at the bottom of the Site interface. The Site Administration reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy. When changes are made to the Privacy Policy, the Site Administration notifies users by posting the new version of the Privacy Policy on the Site.

1.5. This Privacy Policy has been developed and is implemented in accordance with the User Agreement posted on the Site and constitutes an appendix thereto.

1.6. By using the Site and its services, and by performing any actions on the Site, the User agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy and consents to the processing of personal data necessary for using the Site’s services, as well as other personal data listed in this Privacy Policy.

1.7. If the User does not agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy or does not consent to the processing of their personal data, such User must immediately cease using the Website and its services.

2. Terms of Use of the Website 

2.1. In administering the Site and providing access to the Site and its services (hereinafter referred to as the “Site Services”), the Site Administration, acting reasonably and in good faith, assumes that the User:

  • possesses all necessary rights allowing them to use the Site in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation;
  • has read this Privacy Policy, agrees to it, accepts the rights and obligations set forth herein, and consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

2.2. The Site Administration does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by Users, except in cases where such verification is necessary to fulfill obligations to the User or to comply with requirements established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

3. Purposes of Data Processing

3.1. The Site Administration processes Users’ personal data for the purposes of fulfilling the Site Administration’s obligations established by the legislation of the Russian Federation on the protection of personal data and other provisions of Russian legislation; fulfilling the Site Administration’s obligations to Users regarding the Site’s Services; ensuring the functioning of the Site and its services; authenticating Users, as well as protecting the rights of minors and restricting their access to materials not intended for minors in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

4. Processing of User Information

4.1. The processing of personal data is carried out based on the following principles:

  • the lawfulness of the purposes and methods of processing personal data;
  • good faith;
  • the consistency of the purposes of processing personal data with the purposes predetermined and stated at the time of collection of personal data, as well as with the authority of the Site Administration;
  • the consistency of the scope and nature of the personal data being processed, as well as the methods of processing, with the purposes of processing;
  • the prohibition of combining databases containing personal data created for incompatible purposes.

4.1.1. The collection of the User’s personal data takes place on the Website when the User uses the Website’s Services.

4.1.2. Users’ personal data is stored exclusively on electronic media within the territory of the Russian Federation and is processed using automated systems, except in cases where non-automated processing of personal data is necessary to comply with the requirements of Russian Federation legislation. No cross-border transfer of personal data takes place.

4.1.3. Users’ personal data is not transferred to any third parties, except in cases expressly provided for in the Privacy Policy. At the User’s instruction or with the User’s consent, the User’s personal data may be transferred to third parties, provided that such parties undertake to ensure the confidentiality of the information received.

The provision of Users’ personal data upon request by state bodies, local government bodies, or their officials is carried out in accordance with the procedure provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

5. Users’ Personal Data 

5.1. Personal data includes any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, including data automatically transmitted to the Site’s services during their use via software installed on the User’s device, such as the IP address, information automatically received when accessing the Site using cookies, and data from the corresponding files, information about the User’s browser (or other program used to access the services), technical specifications of the hardware and software used by the User, the type of the User’s operating system, the User’s geographic location, the Internet service provider, the date and time of access to the Services, the addresses of the requested pages, and other similar information.

6. User Rights and Obligations

6.1. The User has the right to:

6.1.1. Request that the Site Administration clarify, block, or delete their personal data if such data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, obtained unlawfully, or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing;

6.1.2. Upon request, receive information from the Site Administration regarding the processing of their personal data.

7. Measures to Protect User Information

7.1. The Site Administration takes technical and organizational-legal measures to ensure the protection of Users’ personal data against unauthorized or accidental access, accidental destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, or distribution, as well as against other unlawful actions by third parties.

8. Limitations of the Privacy Policy

8.1. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the actions or online resources of third parties, including those linked to on the Site.

The Site Administration is not liable for the actions of third parties who have gained access to User information as a result of using the Site’s Services.

9. User Inquiries

9.1. Users have the right to submit their requests to the Site Administration, including requests regarding the use of their personal data, in electronic form via email to support@offstage.ru, or in writing to the Site Administration’s address as listed in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.

9.2. A request sent by a user must contain the following information:

  • the number of the user’s primary identity document;
  • information regarding the date of issuance of the specified document and the issuing authority;
  • the user’s ID (if available);
  • the user’s signature or that of their representative;
  • a document certifying the representative’s authority (if the request is submitted by the User’s representative), and a copy of the document certifying the representative’s identity.

9.3. The Site Administration undertakes to review and respond to the user’s request within 30 days of receiving the request, using the contact information provided by the User in the request.

9.4. All correspondence received by the Site Administration from users (in written or electronic form) is considered confidential information, shall not be disclosed without the User’s written consent, and is protected in accordance with the Site Administration’s internal regulations and the laws of the Russian Federation. Personal data and other information about the User who submitted the request may not be used for any purpose other than responding to such a request without the User’s specific consent, unless otherwise provided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
