BetBoom has published the rules for the community cast of the BLAST Open Porto 2026 tournament
BetBoom, the official Russian-language media partner of the BLAST Open Porto 2026 Counter-Strike 2 championship, has released a set of rules for independent streamers. The company has established requirements for broadcast sources, banned third-party advertising, and introduced a mandatory total delay of 20 minutes.
According to a published press release, amateur broadcasts are permitted exclusively through the in-game client. Directly rebroadcasting official streams, as well as using the organizers’ content in the form of highlights and video replays, is strictly prohibited. Independent casters are required to comply with these regulations throughout the entire broadcast, including pauses, pre-shows, post-shows, and breaks between maps. Streamers must set a 15-minute delay in the game settings and add an additional 5 minutes in their streaming software. The stream title must strictly follow the approved format, which includes the tournament name and the participants’ names.
The organizers have completely banned the placement of any unauthorized advertising, including banners, overlays, links in the channel description, verbal mentions of sponsors, and logos on physical objects in the frame. Community streams must be non-commercial in nature. Amateur broadcasts must not be equated with professional studio broadcasts: it is prohibited to involve full-time studio staff, use complex graphics or custom HUDs, or organize a broadcast with more than one person present in the room. Streamers are required to maintain a positive image of the championship on social media, consistently moderate the chat, and clearly inform viewers that all opinions expressed reflect only the streamer’s personal point of view. Violation of these rules will result in the channel being blocked for copyright infringement.
The organizers will hold the opening group stage of the BLAST Open Porto 2026 CS2 championship in Copenhagen, after which the competition will move to Portugal. The Super Bock Arena in Porto will host the final stage matches from August 26 to September 6, 2026. As part of this major tournament, the sixteen strongest teams will compete for an impressive prize pool of $1,100,000.
