Counter-Strike 2 Update, September 26, 2026: Texture and sound fixes for slow reloading
On the night of September 26, Valve released an update for Counter-Strike 2 that fixed map textures in Rush mode and sound issues during slow reload, and added the ability to disable clan tags on custom servers.

- Fixed some instances where loud sounds played during slow reloading.

- Added the sv_clantags_enabled option, allowing custom servers to disable clan tags.
- Lobby participants’ eggs are now in nests.
The previous Counter-Strike 2 update was released yesterday, September 25—as part of it, the developers made changes to the Rush mode rules and fixed some gameplay bugs and the AK-47 inspection animation.
