FalleN commented on FURIA’s victory at the Thunderpick World Championship 2026
FURIA captain Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo posted on his personal X page, sharing his thoughts following his team’s victory at the 2026 Thunderpick World Championship.
Thunderpick World Championship Champions!
This incredible five-map final was a real test. We started off strong, then hit some rough patches, but managed to get back on track and win.
This tournament meant a lot to me. I made a huge contribution to the team’s success here, especially at critical moments—I took the initiative in decisive rounds, won clutch plays, and kept my cool under immense pressure. All of this helped us pull off the comeback.
Of course, this victory is a credit to the entire team, and every player played a significant role in the outcome. However, I’m very pleased to know that my actions directly contributed to winning the trophy.
I’m currently at a stage in my career where every tournament carries special weight. Given that there aren’t that many events left, victories like this are incredibly important. Lifting the trophy again with the team after so long is something truly special. I firmly believe that we can end this chapter on an even higher note!
Thank you to everyone who watched our matches from home and cheered us on at the arena right up until the very last round. Your support really means a lot to us.
It’s time to celebrate!
