Five new maps have been added to Counter-Strike 2

Valve has released an update for Counter-Strike 2, adding five new community-created maps. Boulder, Fachwerk, and Shelter have been added to the “Competitive,” “Casual,” and “Deathmatch” modes, while Debris and El Dorado have been added to “Team Deathmatch.”
The new maps have replaced several locations from the previous rotation: Warden, Stronghold, Alpine, and Sanctum have been removed from the game modes.
Boulder

Fachwerk

A 5v5 bomb-planting map designed in the style of a small German town with traditional half-timbered architecture. One of the map’s quirky details is an interactive rake: if a player steps on it, it will hit them in the face.
Shelter

A new 5v5 map featuring a hostage rescue. The action takes place at the fictional Wakaalu County Animal Shelter, where dogs—not people—have been taken hostage.
Debris

A map for the 2v2 “Partners” mode, set in a ruined city in Madagascar following a military plane crash. Among the map’s features are interactive lemurs that run away when hit.
El Dorado

A new map for “Partners,” inspired by the ancient ruins of the mythical city of El Dorado. The map is designed in a classic Aztec style and features a large number of vertical elements.
In addition to adding new maps, Valve’s Counter-Strike 2 update launched the fifth Premier season, brought Cache back to the competitive map pool, revamped the C4 explosion damage mechanics, and added new weapon and sticker collections.
