FURIA and Team Falcons won their matches at the IEM Cologne Major 2026

FURIA and Team Falcons proved stronger than their opponents in the first round of IEM Cologne Major 2026 Stage 3.

Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo’s team faced off against B8 Esports. The Ukrainian squad lost on Mirage with a score of 10-13 and on Inferno with a score of 4-13.

In a parallel match, G2 Esports faced Team Falcons, winning 13-10 on Inferno. But on Dust2, Finn “karrigan” Andersen’s team pulled ahead 13-8 and closed out the decisive Ancient map 16-13.

Thus, FURIA and Team Falcons are now in the 1-0 bracket, while B8 Esports and G2 Esports each have one loss.

The IEM Cologne Major 2026 is taking place from June 2 to 21 in Cologne, Germany. The event is divided into four stages: Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 3, and the playoffs. The tournament features 32 teams competing for a prize pool of $1,250,000.
