G2 Esports has been eliminated from BLAST Bounty Summer 2026, while Team Liquid has advanced to the main stage of the tournament

G2 Esports lost to Team Liquid during the online stage of BLAST Bounty Summer 2026.

Team Liquid crushed the “Samurai” on Anubis with a score of 13–6, and then easily closed out the match on Mirage, 13–5. 

As a result, Team Liquid advanced to the main stage of the event, while G2 Esports was eliminated from BLAST Bounty 2026 Season 2, finishing in 9th–16th place.

BLAST Bounty Summer 2026 runs from July 21 to August 2. Thirty-two teams are participating in the tournament, only 8 of which will advance to the LAN stage following the online stage. The tournament’s total prize pool is $1,150,000.
