gafolo: “We’re traveling to Europe more often this year than ever before.”
DENDELE CS captain Victor “gafolo” Andrade, in an interview at PGL Masters Bucharest 2026, assessed the team’s progress, discussed his experience playing at BLAST Open Porto 2026, and talked about the development of the North American scene.
On DENDELE CS’s progress
I think it’s all about experience. This is our third or fourth Tier 1 tournament, so we’re just continuing to enjoy participating in these championships and improving.
On the setback at BLAST Open Porto 2026
I think it comes down to the level of play. The matches were pretty tough. The games were close, and so were the rounds. In the first match, Team Spirit crushed us. But the match against Aurora Gaming was already a close one. So we’re continuing to improve.
On boot camps in Europe
This year we’re traveling to Europe more often than ever. I think I’ve only spent three or four months in Brazil.
On the North American scene
What’s happening right now in South and North America is great. Wildcard, NRG, Imperial Esports, Fluxo. They’re all playing really well.
