Imperial Esports won the Thunderpick World Championship 2026: South American Series #2
The online tournament Thunderpick World Championship 2026: South American Series #2 concluded with a victory for Imperial Esports. In the grand final, the team defeated BESTIA 2-0 and claimed the top prize of $10,000.
Twelve teams participated in the championship. In the group stage, eight teams were divided into two groups, with the top two teams from each group advancing to the playoffs. The knockout stage of the tournament was held using a single-elimination format. All matches were best-of-three (bo3).

Prize Pool Distribution
The total prize pool for the tournament was $20,000 and was distributed as follows:
- 1st place — Imperial Esports ($10,000);
- 2nd place — BESTIA ($4,000);
- 3rd–4th place — Keyd Stars, LargadosyPelados ($1,500 each);
- 5th–8th place — MIBR Academy, Bounty Hunters Esports, Fake do Biru, Isurus ($750 each).
Thunderpick World Championship 2026: South American Series #2 — an online Counter-Strike 2 tournament for South American teams, which took place from July 8 to 12. As a result of the championship, Imperial Esports earned 64 VRS points and climbed to 57th place in the Valve rankings.
