M80 defeated Natus Vincere in their debut match at the BLAST Open Porto 2026 in CS2
M80 proved to be the better team than Natus Vincere in their first match at the BLAST Open Porto 2026 in Counter-Strike 2.
On the first map, Anubis, Alexi “Aleksib” Virolainen’s team took an early 13–4 lead but lost on Mirage (6–13). The decisive map, Inferno, went to M80 with a score of 13–6.
As a result, M80 will face either FURIA or paiN Gaming in the upper bracket semifinals on Friday, while Natus Vincere has dropped to the lower bracket, where they will face a single-elimination match.
BLAST Open Porto 2026 began on August 26 and will conclude on September 6. Group stage matches are taking place in Copenhagen, after which the playoff participants will head to Porto, where the Super Bock Arena will host the decisive matches. Sixteen teams are competing in the tournament, which features a prize pool of $1,100,000.
