MOUZ defeated 9z Team in their debut match at BLAST Open Porto 2026

MOUZ defeated 9z Team 2-0 in their first match at BLAST Open Porto 2026. 

The first map, Cache, ended in a landslide victory for MOUZ—13–4. On the second map, Nuke, MOUZ played just as confidently and won 13–7.

As a result, MOUZ will play in the Group B upper bracket semifinals on Saturday, while 9z Team has dropped to the lower bracket, where an elimination match awaits them. 

BLAST Open Porto 2026 is taking place from August 26 to September 6 in two European cities. Copenhagen is hosting the group stage, while the playoffs will take place in Porto at the Super Bock Arena. Sixteen teams are competing for a prize pool of $1,100,000.
