mzinho on BC.Game Esports’ goals: “By the end of the season, we aim to finish in the top 15 at the very least.”

BC.Game Esports’ new rifler, Ayush “mzinho” Batbold, explained in a video on the club’s YouTube channel why he decided to leave The MongolZ, shared his expectations for playing on an international roster, and outlined the team’s goals for the season.

On his move to BC.Game Esports

I found out that cobrazera would be moving to the bench next season, and I figured that if another new player joined the team, it would be like starting from scratch. So I thought: maybe I should try my hand at an international roster and gain some new experience. That’s what I decided.

On Playing on an International Roster

I’m happy that I’ll be playing on an international roster. This is a new experience for me. As for communication, I don’t think it’ll be too difficult for me. I’ve played a lot on FACEIT with foreign players, and I’ve had some experience with team coordination, so I think everything will be fine in that regard.

On Reuniting with Senzu

I’m glad that two Mongolian players are leaving Mongolia to join an international roster. As for BC.Game Esports, s1mple, electroNic, and Magisk play here—they’re very experienced players. All three have won a Major, so I’m very happy and looking forward to the opportunity to play alongside them and gain experience.

On moving to Europe

Moving to Europe will help Senzu and me train more. It’s a new experience for us—living in Europe—and at the same time, we’ll be able to practice much more. So that’s great.

On playing against s1mple

The last time we faced s1mple was in the quarterfinals of the Major in Austin, and we knocked him out of the tournament. It felt a little strange back then. But now we’ll try to make it to the finals together with him. That’s been our main goal from the very beginning. First, we need to earn enough VRS points to qualify for the Major. So we’ll take it one step at a time.

On goals for the season

By the end of the season, we want to at least make it into the top 15 and try to earn direct invites to tournaments. That’s my main goal for this season. If we’re talking about a more ambitious goal, it’s to make it into the top 10 and compete in every major tournament.
