Ninjas in Pyjamas has suspended operations at its CS2 academy
The Swedish organization Ninjas in Pyjamas has announced the disbandment of its Counter-Strike 2 youth team. The official announcement was posted on the club’s X page.
Today we say goodbye to the players of the Young Ninjas roster. Developing the next generation of talent has always been an important part of our identity. It has been an honor for us to watch these players progress and take their first steps in their professional careers.
We have made the difficult decision to put the Young Ninjas project on hold indefinitely. Thank you for supporting our academy throughout this journey. We wish the players all the best in the future.

Earlier, Ninjas in Pyjamas parted ways with rifler Michel “ewjerkz” Magalhães—the Portuguese player joined the revamped SAW roster. Currently, the “Ninjas” are ranked 28th in Valve’s global rankings.
