Latvian esports player Martins “shadiy” Gutmanis announced that he has left the SemperFi Esports Counter-Strike 2 roster. The player shared the news on his X account.
After two years, it’s time to say goodbye to SemperFi Esports. It’s been a great time: I’ve met so many wonderful people and made so many great memories that I’ll never forget. I’m looking forward to what’s next. I’ll share more soon.

shadiy has been playing for the SemperFi Esports Counter-Strike 2 roster since July 2024. During that time, he helped the team win the Odyssey Cup Asia 2025, the DFRAG Invitational 2025, the EPL World Series: Oceania Season 1, and two tournaments in the CCT Season 3 Oceania series.
