Ninjas in Pyjamas captain Marco “Snappi” Pfeiffer shared his thoughts in an interview at BLAST Bounty Summer 2026 following the match against M80, and also spoke about Roman “n0te” Hamza, Artem “cairne” Mushinsky, and Martin “stavn” Lunde.
Yeah, I haven’t played it in a couple of years, but for me personally, it’s a pretty straightforward map.
n0te is from Belgium and previously played only on international teams. It was easy to integrate him into our system, and he understands exactly how we play.
As for Artem, he played brilliantly for Fnatic, but he didn’t succeed on our team, and I think the main reason was the language barrier. We didn’t think it would be such a problem.
If you look at the stats, he gets more kills with a sniper rifle than you’d expect on average from other snipers on the pro scene. I remember him from seven years ago, and even back then he played brilliantly—but as a rifler. ...> Back then, Martin was already saying that his dream was to become a sniper. That’s exactly why we were confident in him. In other words, this desire didn’t just come to him a week ago.
Earlier, Ninjas in Pyjamas defeated M80 in BLAST Bounty 2026 Season 2. The American team was eliminated from the tournament after losing 0–2—10–13 on Inferno and 8–13 on Ancient.
