The FACEIT platform has published statistics on Level 10 players by age
Representatives of the FACEIT competitive platform shared official data from Season 9 on Reddit, clearly illustrating the distribution of users with the maximum Level 10 across age groups. According to the published infographic, the largest number of high-ranked players is in the 26-year-old age group.
The FACEIT study showed that the number of players at Level 10 steadily increases starting with the under-16 age group and peaks exactly at age 26. There are 29,895 players at this competitive level. After passing this age threshold, the numbers begin to gradually decline as users transition to new stages of life.
The lowest number of active players at the highest rank is observed in the extreme age categories—among gamers under 16 and over 38. At the same time, in the 21–27 age range, the total number of Level 10 players consistently remains above 15,000 for each specific age.

Previously, representatives of the FACEIT platform extended the availability of the general voice chat between teams during side switches until the end of the ninth competitive season, adding a console command to disable it completely.
