The fifth Premier season has begun in Counter-Strike 2, and Cache has been added to the competitive map pool
The developers of Counter-Strike 2 have released an update that officially kicks off the fifth season of Premier mode. Along with the launch of the new season, Valve has updated the active competitive map pool: Cache has returned, while Overpass has been removed.
Changes to Premier Mode
- The fifth season of Premier has officially begun;
- Cache has been added to the active competitive map pool;
- Overpass has been removed from the active competitive map pool.
Earlier, data miner Avi “Thour” Thour shared his speculations about what changes Valve might introduce to Counter-Strike 2 alongside the start of the new Premier season. Specifically, he discussed possible map updates and other new features.
