Thour discovered a new command in CS2 for detonating thrown grenades

Data miner Avi “Thour” Thour noticed a new command in the Counter-Strike 2 files that appeared in the game’s latest update.
Today’s update for Counter-Strike 2 introduced a new command called mp_shoot_dropped_grenades—it allows you to detonate dropped grenades by shooting at them. It’s disabled by default (which is obvious), but perhaps this is related to some future game mode?
Previously, Counter-Strike 2 received an update in which Valve revamped the C4 detonation mechanics, added new weapon and sticker collections, updated community maps, and made a number of changes to performance, the engine, and Workshop tools.
