As for our results, we’re confident and have had a great start to the season. It’s been our best start in a long time. That’s why we’re focusing less on the results and more on the path we’re on, and we’re continuing to work hard. Perhaps after the BLAST Bounty 2026 Season 2 Finals, we were a bit overconfident, but not in a bad way. We found our footing and worked hard after the tournament; we didn’t have many days off. I think this season will go great for us if we keep up this momentum. We’re trying to improve our game with every match.

I’m still early in my career as an IGL. We’ve also added two new players to our team, so I need to figure out exactly how they like to play. When I first became captain, I might have focused more on helping others, but now we’re seeing that on many maps, I need to take the lead myself. This gives the younger players a chance to take on my role—they have excellent individual skills.

Sometimes I play like karrigan. I might not always be as good at creating space, since I’m more focused on skirmishes and killing opponents. karrigan is great at creating space for his teammates, but personally, I also prefer to play as an entrancer. Right now, I’m trying to find a balance between the support role and the role of the player who goes first.

Our team structure remains consistent thanks to our coach. Over the past five years, he’s taught me everything I know about the game. Of course, he still makes a lot of the decisions, but mid-round, the responsibility shifts to the IGL. In my opinion, Brollan handled this very well. We’re very grateful to him—he often had to put himself on the line. I think, as a leader, I guide the team more in terms of the mental aspect and self-confidence. Yes, there’s a difference between us, since I tend to make more plays in the middle of rounds.
