1win Team, BetBoom Team, PARIVISION, and Team Falcons defeated Nigma Galaxy, OG, Team Resilience, and LGD Gaming, respectively, on the first day of the group stage at The International 2026.

Team Falcons started the first match on the offensive, but by mid-game, LGD Gaming managed to seize the upper hand and secure the win. Team Falcons crushed LGD on the second map with a score of 29–9. The third match started evenly, but Team Falcons pulled ahead thanks to favorable team fights and won with ease.

1win Team (Iron Wing) crushed Nigma Galaxy on the first map with a score of 30–5. The second match followed the same pattern.

The first map between PARIVISION (TEAM VISION) and Team Resilience started evenly, but by the middle of the match, PV pulled ahead and won. The second match was dominated by PARIVISION, but TR managed to turn the tide and secure the victory. The third map was completely dominated by PARIVISION.

OG’s first match against BetBoom Team (BoomBoys) began without either team exerting clear pressure, but by the 30-minute mark, Ilya “Kiritych” Ulyanov’s team had built a significant lead and secured the victory. The second map was dominated by BB Team.

Thus, 1win Team, BetBoom Team, PARIVISION, and Team Falcons advance to the next round with a 1-0 record, while OG, Nigma Galaxy, Team Resilience, and LGD Gaming are at 0-1.

The group stage of The International 2026 is taking place from August 13 to 16 in Shanghai, China. Of the sixteen participants, only eight will advance to the playoffs. The teams are competing for a prize pool that has already surpassed last year’s total.
