Esports World Cup 2026 and the Start of the Games of the Future 2026: Dota 2 Tournament Schedule for July 2026
One of the season’s biggest competitions is scheduled for July on the Dota 2 esports calendar. The schedule for all ongoing and upcoming tournaments in July 2026 is detailed below.
Dota 2 Tournaments in July
1win Streamers League #2
- Dates: June 28–July 4.
- Prize pool: $60,000.
- Participants: media teams featuring streamers such as Stray, VooDooSh, and others.
The final stage of the streamers’ media tournament will take place at the beginning of the month.
Esports Nations Cup 2026 Qualifiers
- Dates: June 29–July 1.
- Prize pool: invitations to the main tournament.
- Participants: national teams from countries across various regions of the world.
Esports World Cup 2026
- Dates: July 7–19.
- Prize pool: $2,000,000.
- Participants: Team Spirit, Team Falcons, Team Yandex, and other top teams of the season.
One of the season’s biggest tournaments will be held outside of Saudi Arabia for the first time—in Paris.
Sberbank Russian Championship
- Dates: July 23–27.
- Prize pool: 1,000,000 ₽.
- Participants: the teams that finish at the top of the online stage.
In the second half of the month, Moscow will host an event organized by the Russian Esports Federation.
BetBoom Streamers Battle
- Dates: July 27–August 2.
- Prize pool: not yet announced.
- Participants: not yet announced.
A new season of the tournament for streamers and media personalities.
Games of the Future 2025
- Dates: July 31–August 5.
- Prize pool: $1,000,000.
- Participants: LGD Gaming, Xtreme Gaming, Nigma Galaxy, and others.
The organizers have once again raised the prize pool to the standard level for this discipline.
Main Tournament of the Month
The OFFSTAGE editorial team has named the Esports World Cup 2026 as July’s main tournament. Throughout the year, teams competed for ranking points, which determined which teams received invitations to this event, while the remaining participants qualified through regional quotas. Team Spirit has also been invited to Paris to defend its title.
The International 2026 will begin in August. This year, the tournament will be held in China from August 13 to 23, with an initial prize pool of $1.6 million—there is currently no information on how this amount might be increased.
