GamerLegion manager Maggie “stresspresso” Hogi shared photos of the seating arrangements for teams eliminated from The International 2026 and described the conditions for them.
We’re really, really sad that we’re not allowed to use other areas. PGL says it’s out of their hands and that it’s entirely the arena’s fault. But at the same time, they’re not even trying to change anything. I was told to stop asking about this. So far, most of the eliminated teams have just been trying to sneak into other areas, but sooner or later they get kicked out.
I don’t even go there because it’s so depressing <...>. A lot of players just don’t go there because of that, either.
GamerLegion advanced from the group stage of The International 2026 with a 2–3 record but lost to 1win Team (Iron Wing) in the elimination match. The team finished in 9th–13th place and earned $58,172. The team’s overall record at the tournament was 6–8.
