Insania: “I believe that kpii has significantly strengthened Aurora Gaming.”

Former pro player Aiden “Insania” Sarkoy spoke in the 32nd episode of ALL CHAT about Damien “kpii” Shao-ching Choka to Aurora Gaming’s results, discussed the Polish and Swedish rosters for the 2026 Esports Nations Cup, while Quinn “Quinn” Callahan and Austin “Cap” Walsh discussed Patch 7.41d.
On kpii’s contribution to Aurora Gaming’s results
Insania: I believe kpii has significantly strengthened Aurora Gaming. People don’t talk about him much; he’s quiet, so it’s easy to overlook him. But it was the same when he joined us. I think he definitely played a role in Team Liquid’s victory at The International, and his influence is even more noticeable on Aurora. Previously, like Quinn, I was skeptical of this team, and I still admit that they might perform terribly next week. But the reason they might not bomb is that the coach is preparing something special for them, and that makes me believe in them a little more.
Cap: What exactly does this “special preparation” entail? You have real-world experience, and this is a rare occasion where you can speak knowledgeably about a coach’s influence.
Insania: In my opinion, what makes kpii unique is that he genuinely loves discussing the game itself. He watches replays, takes notes, and is willing to review demos with the players constantly. When he expresses his opinion, he makes a real effort not to venture into areas he doesn’t understand. He only picks out the moments he’s 100% sure about. If someone challenges his point of view, he can argue his case, explain, and help them see the situation from his perspective—that’s one of his truly strong qualities.
About the Esports Nations Cup 2026
Insania: Our team was supposed to look like this: miCKe, charlie, Xibbe, Boxi, and me. But I said right away that I wasn’t sure if I’d play. I think Pablo will replace me, and right now that’s probably for the best—I’m not in shape at all. Gorgc will apparently be the substitute. To be honest, I don’t know how he ended up there: the last I heard, he wasn’t going to be there, but it looks like he will be after all. So that’s cool.
The Polish team looks strong. One of their players has the same last name as Nisha. He’s his brother, and he’s also a Dota prodigy. You just can’t imagine how good he is unless you’ve played in European pubs.
On Patch 7.41d
Quinn: This is the most insignificant patch I’ve ever seen. I don’t think a single change in it means anything.
Cap: The only thing worth noting is the Easter egg. You probably didn’t notice it. If you hover over Axe, there’s an info panel where they sometimes provide an extended description. So, Axe now says: “Sense of Doom increased from 0 to 0.5.” That’s a clear hint that some event is coming.
Quinn: But speaking of the patch itself, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a patch that meant even less.
Cap: Fix Lone Druid—it’s not that hard. He should’ve been nerfed harder, and Clockwerk could’ve been weakened a bit more too.
Earlier, Aiden “Insania” Sarkoy reflected on Team Spirit’s strength at the end of the tournament season: “Yatoro and Collapse haven’t won a 1v9 in a long time—that’s the feeling I get. I don’t feel like I’m watching two players who are so much stronger than the rest that they can carry the game and win it single-handedly after the 20-minute mark.”
