Miposhka on Team Spirit: “My first qualifier as a coach—straight to The International 2026. Feel free to congratulate me.”

Team Spirit coach Yaroslav “Miposhka” Naidenov commented on the team’s victory over Nigma Galaxy in the final of the closed European qualifier for The International 2026 and the team’s qualification for the tournament on the organization’s Telegram channel.
Hey, everyone. It’s been a while, hasn’t it? Well, my first qualifier as a coach—and straight to The International. Feel free to congratulate me.
What can I say? To be honest, the draft in the first [game] didn’t go very smoothly. Plus, the lanes didn’t hold up well, and there were a lot of shortcomings overall. But the guys still tried to hang in there—it was really tough, though. In the second game, things went much more smoothly for us. That said, again, some of the lanes could have held their ground a bit better. So, we’ll be analyzing this. I wouldn’t have gone for the second Roshan either, given that the enemies had Black Hole and Spectre had Aghanim’s Scepter. If Bane had gotten Orchid Malevolence, who knows what would have happened. But we’ll keep working on it. Well, in the third game, of course, it was a standard pick, a teamfight, a “Spirit-style comeback from behind.” Ilyukha [Yatoro] really shined there and carried everyone to victory.
Well, just the way you like it. We made it to the Int. Anyway, thanks to everyone who cheered us on.
Earlier, Alexander “Nix” Levin commented on Miposhka’s influence on Team Spirit’s drafts: “Miposhka’s arrival, of course, and immediately excellent use of Yatoro as a carry: he’s starting to play normal heroes like Nature’s Prophet and Terrorblade.”
