The organizers of the 2026 Esports World Cup have agreed to a partnership with France Télévisions

The organizers of the 2026 Esports World Cup have entered into a partnership with France Télévisions, which will serve as the tournament’s official French media partner.
France Télévisions will provide daily coverage of the competition on France 4 and France 2, as well as on social media, including a segment called “La Minute EWC” featuring the main highlights and news from the competition. The partnership is expected to expand the Esports World Cup’s reach in France, where, according to the organizers, 11.8 million people are interested in esports.
The 2026 Esports World Cup Dota 2 Championship will take place July 7–19 in Paris. Team Spirit received an invitation as the winner of the previous tournament; 12 other teams qualified based on their ESL Pro Tour rankings; and the remaining 11 teams qualified through regional qualifiers.
