The prize pool for The International 2026 reached $3,175,769 before the start of the playoffs.
The prize pool for The International 2026 reached $3,175,769 ahead of the start of the first day of the playoffs for the year’s main tournament.
As a result, The International 2026 prize pool is $204,686 short of setting a record following the cancellation of the Battle Pass; however, the championship has surpassed the prize pools of the 2024 and 2025 tournaments.
The prize pool for The International 2026 is comprised of $1,600,000 contributed by Valve, plus 30% of the proceeds from sales of support packs for participating teams and lighting crew members. The tournament runs from August 13 to 23.
