watson on the match against Aurora at Slam VII: “I knew that if our opponents picked Terrorblade, the game would be easy.”

Team Yandex carry Alimzhan “watson” Islambekov spoke in an interview at BLAST Slam VII about the match against Aurora Gaming in the upper bracket quarterfinals, reflected on the strength of Axe, and named his preferred opponent in the championship.
On the victory over Aurora Gaming
I think I just played really, really well. That’s why we won. I knew that if our opponents picked Terrorblade, the game would be easy.
On the BLAST Slam VII bracket
[When you found out you were playing against Aurora instead of Team Falcons, did you think the match would be easier or harder?] I don’t know. I wanted to beat Ammar from ATF; I woke up today feeling empty inside, at eight in the morning, I think, and now we’ll have to play another series.
On Axe
Yesterday I told the coach that I didn’t want to face Axe on the line, and today I’m playing him twice. I don’t know, the hero is broken. He just uses Battle Hunger, attacks me, and because of that I’m forced to go into the jungle at level three.

Earlier, Team Yandex captain Arman “Malady” Orazbaev spoke about the BLAST Slam VII stage: “The spotlights are shining really brightly; it’s impossible to look at the screen. I asked the admins a couple of times to dim them, but during the game they made them brighter again.”
