Bigetron by Vitality posted a statement on X announcing the temporary suspension of an unnamed club employee. The community speculates that the employee in question is head coach Theodoros “Theonael” Nathanail.
In the statement, club representatives condemned all forms of violence and emphasized their commitment to maintaining a safe, professional, and responsible esports environment for all participants. As a result, the employee has been suspended from any activities related to the organization.
Earlier, Tasya “Tazy” Lestari—a former Bigetron coach—spoke on social media about relationship issues with her ex-partner; Tazy attached several photos showing signs of physical abuse to one of her posts. Her page is currently unavailable. Based on the content of screenshots of their messages, the community linked this situation to Theonael.
Until February 2024, Tazy coached Bigetron Era—the team’s women’s division. Six months later, she joined the academy roster and subsequently moved to the main roster, which she left in the second half of July.
Theonael has been with the club for the past few years; he has coached both the main and academy rosters, and prior to that, he was the manager of Bigetron Beta. Since February of this year, Theodoros has been BTR’s head coach.
