Super Yoshi and Dan have joined ONIC Philippines as Mobile Legends: Bang Bang players
The esports organization ONIC Esports announced on social media a series of roster changes for its Philippine Mobile Legends: Bang Bang teams.
ONIC Philippines has added explainer Dan “Dan” Yamba, formerly of RRQ Hoshi, and roamer Cedric “Super Yoshi” Romero from CyberHero to its roster. The team has also completely revamped its coaching staff: Angelo “Pheww” Arcangel has become the team’s head coach, joined by assistant coach Jeniel “YellyHaze” Bata-Anon and analyst John Christopher “Xy” Bernardino.
The ONIC Uprising academy roster has also undergone major changes. Explainer Nagi, jungler Keira, mid laner Enzz, and roamer Maven have joined the team, and Ken “Kenshi” Mejillano, who previously worked at Team Falcons Academy, has become the head coach.

MPL Philippines Season 18 will begin on August 21; the tournament will take place in Quezon City at the Victoria Sports Tower complex. Eight teams will compete for a prize pool of $150,000, as well as two slots in the M8 World Championship. In the first week, ONIC Philippines will face Aurora PH and AP.Bren.
MDL Philippines Season 8 kicks off on August 25 and will run through October. Twelve teams will compete for a spot in the MLBB Championship Tour SEA 2026.
