- Martial Mayhem TM 2–1 TNC x Voltes PH.
September 9
- Team Liquid Academy PH 2–0 Shinori x Totch Esports;
- Twisted Minds RWE 2–0 Minerva Esports;
- ONIC Uprising 2–0 Team Falcons Academy.
September 10
- TNC x Voltes PH 2–1 Panthera DE;
- Martial Mayhem TM 2–1 ONIC Uprising;
- Team Falcons Academy 1–2 TEAM FUEGO;
- Dewa United PH 1–2 Aurora Hunters.
Twisted Minds RWE finished the group stage with a 5–0 record and 15 points, while Martial Mayhem TM also won all five series and earned 12 points. Twisted Minds RWE, Team Liquid Academy PH, and Aurora Hunters advanced directly to the play-ins from Group A, while Martial Mayhem TM, TEAM FUEGO, and ONIC Uprising advanced from Group B.
The remaining six teams—Dewa United PH, Minerva Esports, Shinori x Totch Esports, Team Falcons Academy, TNC x Voltes PH, and Panthera DE—will continue their fight in the Last Chance stage.
The Last Chance stage begins on September 22. In the first round, Minerva Esports will face Panthera DE, and TNC x Voltes PH will face Shinori x Totch Esports. The winners of these matches will face Dewa United PH and Team Falcons Academy, respectively. The two strongest teams will advance to the play-ins, while the losers will be eliminated from the tournament. The exact match schedule is currently unknown.
