A FACEIT manager denied reports that donk had been banned from the platform
FACEIT Community Manager Darwin took to his personal X account to deny reports that Team Spirit rifler Danil “donk” Kryshkovets had allegedly received a 30-day ban on the FACEIT platform for insulting opponents.
If anyone is wondering—this never happened. I have no idea why some websites decided to pretend it did, but seeing how few people actually check their facts is, perhaps, a rather interesting social experiment.
Earlier, FACEIT announced that with the release of Season 9, which starts on August 5, it will update its ban policy. Longer bans will be issued for using cheats, smurfing, stream sniping, and repeat violations.
