Legacy captain Andrei “arT” Piovezan shared his thoughts in an interview at the Esports World Cup 2026 after his team finished in third place at the tournament, and also revealed who he’ll be rooting for in the event’s grand final.
This tournament is very important to us; third place means a lot. I’m proud of the guys.
FalleN is a wonderful person and a legend; I respect him greatly. He’ll definitely have a chance to end this year on a high note, but not this time. I believe he can do it, and I wish him the best of luck.
There’s still some time until then, but that’s life—it’s what we’re striving for.
I’ll definitely be rooting for FUT Esports. <...> They’re the underdogs in the tournament—it would be great if the team won, and donk already has so many trophies.
Earlier, Legacy defeated FURIA in the third-place match at the Esports World Cup 2026 for Counter-Strike 2. The series ended with a 2-1 map score. Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo’s team took Ancient (13–9), but Legacy evened the score on Nuke with the same result. In the decisive Dust2 match, Andrei “arT” Piovessan’s team once again proved stronger, winning 13–9.
