
Players from Legacy and MIBR shared their thoughts ahead of the tournament’s semifinals in an interview at FISSURE PLAYGROUND 3 — CS.
Legacy rifler Eduardo “dumau” Volkmer stated that participating in the tournament is particularly meaningful for his team:
I think we’re in for an interesting match. Semifinals are always special matches. For us, playing here in China is something special.
For his part, MIBR captain Linus “LNZ” Holteng noted that his team enjoys playing against Legacy:
We prepared just as we would for a match against any other opponent. We enjoy playing against Legacy. Matches against Brazilian teams are always exciting, so I’m really looking forward to this one.
Right now, both teams are playing a semifinal match in the FISSURE PLAYGROUND 3 — CS playoffs. MIBR picked Nuke first; the series will continue on Ancient, which Legacy picked, and Inferno will be the deciding map.
