In an interview at FISSURE PLAYGROUND 3 — CS, the Legacy CS2 roster shared their thoughts after defeating G2 Esports in the tournament’s grand final.
Vinícius “n1ssim” Pereira spoke about the source of his confidence:
I think my self-confidence is fueled by the team’s belief in me. On top of that, the support from the local crowd really energizes us—it’s just incredible.
Eduardo “dumau” Volkmer, in turn, recalled the team’s past victories at events in China:
Well, here we are—three-time champions of events in China. Let’s go!
Team captain Andrei “arT” Piovesan commented on the team’s current form:
I’m very happy. It’s awesome to win like this. I think each of us played great today. I’m incredibly pleased with how the team is performing right now.
Bruno “latto” Rebellatto spoke about winning the event’s MVP title and thanked the fans:
I don’t even know what to say, but I don’t care about the MVP award. I’m very happy to win here today alongside my teammates, and that’s the most important part. Thank you to everyone who supports us and comes out to cheer us on every time!
The team’s sniper, Santino “try” Rigal, shared his excitement about recently joining the team:
Joining Legacy is definitely the best decision of my career. These guys are just unreal—I’m so happy to be part of this team.
Earlier, Legacy defeated G2 Esports in the FISSURE PLAYGROUND 3 — CS Grand Final with a 3–0 map score. The South American roster claimed the tournament title and earned $300,000 in prize money. Bruno “latto” Rebellatto was named the event’s MVP.
