ESL has replaced Overpass with Cache in its tournament map pool
Tournament operator ESL has announced the addition of the Cache map to its tournament map pool. The official announcement was made on the operator’s page on social network X.
Due to a recent update from Valve, the map pool for our CS2 tournaments will change—Cache will replace Overpass.
The first matches on the new map will take place as part of ESL Challenger League Season 52.
Earlier, Valve announced changes to the competitive map pool for Counter-Strike 2—the developers will replace Overpass with the new map, Cache. This update will be released on July 6, coinciding with the start of the fifth season of Premier mode.
