FACEIT has restored the Elo ratings of users affected by the mouse glitch. This information was posted on the platform’s page on social media platform X.
We have restored Elo ratings for all 29,720 players whose match results were affected by the mouse movement glitch.

Earlier, FACEIT reported an issue that prevented players from controlling their mice during matches on the platform. It is known that the bug was related to a Counter-Strike 2 update intended to improve the game’s stability.
