On the first map, Mirage, the “Samurai” fell to the Russian team with a score of 7–13, but managed to bounce back on the second map, Anubis (16–13), and sealed their victory on the decisive map, Ancient, with a score of 13–7.
As a result, BetBoom Team finished in 3rd–4th place at FISSURE PLAYGROUND 3 — CS, while G2 Esports advanced to the championship’s grand final, where they will face Legacy tomorrow.
FISSURE PLAYGROUND 3 — CS is taking place September 8–13 in Suzhou, China. A total of 16 teams are competing in the championship, battling for the title across the event’s two stages. The tournament’s prize pool totals $1,250,000.
