BIG sniper Gleb “gr1ks” Gazin posted on his personal Telegram channel, summarizing the victory over MIBR in the third round of the second stage of the IEM Cologne Major 2026.
That’s it, we’re up 2-1. Tomorrow we’ll play a best-of-3 to advance to the next stage. We’ve got to pull this off. I don’t know, it was a good game. We were absolutely crushing them on the T-side at one point. It’s not that we let up; there were just a few unlucky moments. We could’ve taken another two rounds. But on the CT side, they just outplayed us, let’s put it that way. We totally knew what they were doing and knew how to play against it. Anyway, that’s about it. And that sweet no-scope went up in smoke. See you tomorrow.
Earlier, BIG defeated MIBR 13-8 on Inferno and advanced to the group stage with a 2-1 record. Tomorrow, Gleb “gr1ks” Gazin’s team will play a match to advance to the third stage of the tournament—the match will be a best-of-three series.
