Jame: “We’ll keep training; there are still a lot of tournaments ahead, and we need VRS points.”

PARIVISION CS2 captain Jame Ali, shared his thoughts in an interview at the IEM Cologne Major 2026 following their elimination from the championship, discussed the team’s goals ahead of upcoming tournaments, and addressed the club’s fans with a brief message.
On his feelings after being eliminated from the tournament
To be honest, I don’t even know how to comment on this. We tried to play as usual, run our standard rounds—nothing special. We gave it our all, as best we could. I feel exactly the same way as our coach: the team is still very young; we simply have less experience on all maps, that’s all. There’s nothing unusual about today’s loss; it’s not about attitude or luck—our opponents just played better.
On how we’re taking the loss
Losing always hurts; it’s never any other way, but… We played poorly, making a bunch of basic mistakes. We’re a young team; we need to learn and take lessons from this performance at the Major, since it’s only our second one as a team, so nothing terrible happened overall.
On future plans and a message to the fans
We’ll keep training; there are still plenty of tournaments ahead, and we need VRS points. Right now, we don’t have enough points to get invites to future championships, so we’ll focus on earning them. I want to thank all the guys for their support and for cheering us on. We gave it our all, but this is esports, so we’ll keep working on ourselves.
