Esports players from Aurora Gaming’s revamped roster shared their thoughts on the team’s latest transfers.
The club’s rifler, Ismailjan “XANTARES” Dörtkardesh, welcomed his new teammates with these words:
Welcome to the team, guys. I hope we’ll achieve great success together, ashhh and Jimpphat.
His teammate Ali “Wicadia” Haydar Yalchin, in turn, addressed the team’s new coach personally:
Welcome to the team—let’s make history together, ashhh.
The welcome post from the roster’s newest member, Jimi “Jimpphat” Salo, was directed at the club’s fans:
I’m excited to represent this new organization and this team. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for us. Thank you.
Meanwhile, Aurora Gaming’s new head coach, Ashley “ashhh” Battier, decided to pay tribute to his predecessor:
I’m very happy to join Aurora as head coach, following in the footsteps of the great Fabre. I’ve been away from the game for a long time and am now happy to be back.
In early July 2026, the esports organization Aurora Gaming made a number of significant changes to its CS2 starting lineup. The key changes were the arrival of Jimmy “Jimpphat” Salo from MOUZ and Ashley “ashhh” Battier.
