LNZ on individual play: “That’s something I’m trying to work on, since I’m still young.”

MIBR captain Linus “LNZ” Holteng spoke in an interview at the IEM Cologne Major 2026 about the recent matches against Team Liquid, TYLOO, and THUNDERdOWNUNDER, assessed his own performance, and praised the team’s coach, Nestor “LETN1” Tanich.
On the match against Team Liquid
My teammates played great, and I’m really happy to say that.
On the matches against TYLOO and THUNDERdOWNUNDER
That comeback in the match against TYLOO was extremely important; we almost lost at the very end. But aside from that, the Australians [THUNDERdOWNUNDER—Ed.] really taught us a lesson. After that, we tried to pull ourselves together to perform well. After all, it’s a best-of-1 series where you have to win three games no matter what.
On individual play
That’s something I’m trying to work on, since I’m still young and lack experience. ...> Sometimes you feel like the game doesn’t really depend on your plays; you can trust your teammates and focus on your support role.
About LETN1
We built our foundation together from the very beginning, since we’re both new to the current organization. We’ve developed a great relationship; he’s incredibly easy to work with. As a person, he’s pleasant and wants all players to contribute to the team.
Earlier today, MIBR defeated Team Liquid in a first-round match at the IEM Cologne Major 2026. The match took place on Mirage, with the Brazilian team closing it out 13-10. Linus “LNZ” Holteng’s squad now has two wins and one loss.
