MOUZ and Monte have been eliminated from the IEM Cologne Major 2026

MOUZ lost to FUT Esports, while Monte fell to The MongolZ in the third stage of the IEM Cologne Major 2026.
In the first match, FUT Esports defeated MOUZ 2-1 (13-11 on Ancient, 10-13 on Nuke, and 13-7 on Mirage). In the other match, The MongolZ faced off against Monte. Sodbajar “Techno4K” Munkhbold’s team lost to their opponents on the first map, Nuke, 9-13, but then won the following maps, Inferno and Dust2, 13-7 and 13-11, respectively.
Thus, FUT Esports and The MongolZ were relegated to the lower bracket with a 2-2 record, while MOUZ and Monte finished the Major in 12th–14th place, each earning $20,000.
The IEM Cologne Major 2026 is taking place from June 2 to 21 in Cologne, Germany. A total of 32 teams are competing in the tournament to determine the 8 playoff participants. The total prize pool for the Major is $1,250,000.
