Natus Vincere has ended its partnership with performance coach Xirreth

Representatives of the esports organization Natus Vincere announced on their official page on social media platform X that performance coach Ursula “Xirreth” Klimchak has left the club.
Today we say goodbye to Xirreth.
Over the past few years, Ula has helped us grow. Through every challenge, every conversation, and every lesson, she reminded us that the work behind the scenes is just as important as what happens on stage.
Thank you for your kindness, your patience, and your lessons. Your support has helped us build resilience even in the toughest moments.
We wish you nothing but happiness, success, and exciting new chapters ahead.
Earlier this month, Natus Vincere was also left by esports player Justinas “jL” Lekavičius, who had been on the team’s bench. In addition, it was recently announced that the esports organization will participate in the upcoming StarLadder StarSeries Fall 2026.
