nEMANHA on Wildcard’s CS2 roster: “The playstyle is different from what we see in North America.”

Wildcard captain Nemanja “nEMANHA” Đukić commented on the victory against Alliance in an interview at BLAST Bounty Summer 2026 and also spoke about his role on the team.
On the victory over Alliance
I’m really happy, because we had a bad tournament in Barcelona before this [Stake Ranked Episode 3. — Ed.]. So I’m happy because we’re getting back on our winning streak.
On playing for Wildcard
I used to play with illwill, and that experience really helped me, since it was my first time leading a team in English. When I got the invite from Wildcard, I realized I was ready to help them out, and this is also the first time I’ve played on a well-organized international team. My teammates are new to me, and I’m happy about that. Also, the playstyle is different from what we’re used to in North America. But now we’re starting to understand each other and how we approach the game, and over time, things will just keep getting better and better.
On the role of IGL
I’ve started doing what I did on my previous teams, and it’s working. The team needs to trust me, and then we’ll do well at BLAST Bounty Summer 2026.
Earlier today, Wildcard swept Alliance in a match as part of BLAST Bounty 2026 Season 2—13–3 on Inferno and 13–7 on Dust2. Simon “twist” Eliasson’s team finished the tournament in 17th–32nd place.
