Pimp on Team Falcons’ CS2 roster: “Current form hardly matters.”
Analyst Jacob “Pimp” Vinneche posted on his personal X page, sharing his thoughts on the potential and form of Team Falcons’ current CS2 roster.
Team Falcons will always be one of those teams for whom current form hardly matters. Do they look terrible in one match? That doesn’t mean the next one will be the same. Do they bomb at a tournament and get eliminated early? That doesn’t change the fact that they could very well win the next championship.
They remind me of G2 Esports back in the days of HooXi, NiKo, m0NESY, and nexa. That team could win unexpectedly and lose just as unexpectedly. In fact, several players from that roster are now playing for Team Falcons.
Earlier, Team Falcons defeated Legacy 2–1 in the group stage of the BLAST Open Porto 2026 and secured a spot in the playoffs. The “Falcons” took Mirage 13–8, lost on Ancient 10–13, and then confidently closed out the decisive Dust2 13–6.
