
FURIA and G2 Esports secured victories in the group stage of ESL Pro League Season 24.
The first match pitted G2 Esports against ShindeN. Nemanja “huNter-” Kovač’s team defeated their opponents on both maps—13-6 on Dust2 and 13-9 on Ancient. In a parallel match, FURIA defeated PARIVISION 2–1 (7–13 on Ancient, 13–5 on Mirage, and 13–10 on Inferno).
As a result, FURIA dropped to the 2:1 bracket, G2 Esports and PARIVISION now have a 1:2 record, and ShindeN finished the tournament in last place, earning $2,500.
Earlier, ShindeN’s sniper, Iván “ivz” Quintana, spoke about participating in ESL Pro League Season 24 and outlined his team’s main goals. The Argentine squad is currently ranked 75th in the VRS world rankings.
