The organizers of the BLAST Open Porto 2026 CS2 tournament have released the schedule for the championship’s opening matches
Tournament operator BLAST has published the schedule for the opening matches of the upcoming BLAST Open Porto 2026 LAN tournament. The first matches of the Portuguese championship will begin on August 26.
Sixteen teams will participate in the competition. First, the teams will compete in the Copenhagen stage, where the top six teams will be determined; they will then travel to Porto to compete for the lion’s share of the prize pool. Aurora Gaming’s revamped international roster will kick off the tournament. Next, fans can look forward to a Brazilian derby, as well as the start of the campaign for the defending champions, Team Vitality. All first-round matches will take place over two days.
Schedule of Opening Matches
All times listed here and below are in Moscow time.
Wednesday, August 26:
- 12:00 — Aurora Gaming vs. G2 Esports;
- 2:30 p.m. — Team Spirit vs. DENDELE;
- 5:00 p.m. — Natus Vincere vs. M80;
- 7:30 p.m. — FURIA Esports vs. paiN Gaming.
Thursday, August 27:
- 12:00 p.m. — Team Vitality vs. Inner Circle;
- 2:30 p.m. — MOUZ vs. 9z Team;
- 5:00 p.m. — Legacy vs. FUT Esports;
- 7:30 p.m. — Team Falcons vs. Lynn Vision.
The group stage of BLAST Open Porto 2026 will take place from August 26 to 31 at the tournament operator’s studio in Copenhagen, where the sixteen participating teams will determine the top six. The knockout stage and playoff matches will take place from September 4 to 6 at the Super Bock Arena in Portugal. The total prize pool for the competition is $1,100,000.
