Users in Russia have reported problems accessing Steam, FACEIT, and a number of other platforms.

As of this writing, the exact causes of the issues are unknown. The scope of the problems and the timeline for restoring stable service are also unclear.

Season 9 launched on FACEIT on August 5. Specifically, the developers brought Vertigo back to the official map pool, added seasonal statistics to player profiles, changed the mission and badge system, and introduced the ability to leave praise on the match page.
