Valve added an Easter egg in honor of magixx’s clutch on Mirage

A new Easter egg has appeared in Counter-Strike 2, dedicated to Team Spirit captain Boris “magixx” Vorobyov’s clutch on the Mirage map. Insider and data miner Maxim “Gabe Follower” Poletaev drew attention to it on the social network X.

It consists of four cans of tomato paste from the fictional brand “Magic,” which the developers placed at the site of magixx’s 1-on-4 clutch in the quarterfinal match of the IEM Cologne Major 2026 against G2 Esports. 

Earlier, Valve released an update for Counter-Strike 2, adding stickers autographed by the IEM Cologne Major 2026 champions to the in-game store, as well as commemorative keychains featuring highlights from all stages of the tournament.
